Our team

Management

Octopus-ITSM.com is the brainchild of Pierre Lamoureux, President, and Sylvain Hamel, Director of research and development. Pierre supervises sales and service, while Sylvain manages the development team and the production environment.

Octopus is easy to understand, complete and truly fulfills needs. So, we won’t have to dazzle you to convince you. The purpose of our sales team is to evaluate your needs, answer your questions and guide the implementation team to ensure the success of your project.
