Our solution reduces the time needed to assess and treat patients by determining the appropriate priority level on the basis of clinical urgency (for example, using the Cincinnati scale for strokes). Treatment timeframes are then monitored and alerts can be sent to relevant users.

Healthcare teams can access the app directly on their mobile devices. There is a full audit trail of patients’ clinical data. Teams are more efficient and response times improve.

For completeness, the Octopus Trajectories solution also includes all the reports and indicators needed for real-time case management, facilitating the work of health workers, and ensuring the establishment complies with the requirements of supervisory authorities (such as a Department or Ministry of Health)
